Dean of Graduate School of Management (GSM)

Professor Lailani Laynesa ALCANTARA is a professor and the Dean of Graduate School of Management in Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) in Japan.
Prof. Alcantara received her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Tsukuba, Japan as a Japanese government scholar. She has published articles and cases in the areas of international management and organization science in international peer-reviewed journals. She has also earned professional certificates on management and leadership from AACSB, Harvard University, and Cornell University.
Prof. Alcantara also currently serves as the Managing Director of the Center for Inclusive Leadership in APU.
