In this seminar, the Three-S Framework of See, Search, Synthesis is introduced to help you understand the customer insights. Real practical examples with simple steps are also discussed to further explore what makes customers tick or click in this competitive market.

Since 2014, Prof. Pajaree Ackaradejruangsri has been teaching in both degree (undergraduate, MBA) and non-degree programs (Executive education) in the areas of Marketing, Business Management and Development Management in Japan, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Egypt. Currently, she teaches Principles of Marketing, Introduction to Management, Organizational Behavior, Global Management (Capstone), E-Commerce, Strategic Marketing, and other related courses in strategic and marketing management.
